Why RMC For Business Management?
The business management program at Rocky Mountain College is designed to help you become a leader in the business community. Like all other programs at RMC, the business management curriculum requires you to be exposed to many disciplines of study through your liberal arts courses. This ensures you receive a well-rounded education and not just training in a specific discipline. You will learn from professors who have gained experience in a variety of industries. This experience adds a real-world context to concepts learned in the classroom.
In the business management program we also make sure that no one gets lost in the crowd. One-one-one interaction with professors helps to ensure that your questions are answered and goals are achieved. Our small faculty-to-student ratio allows instructors to build a mentoring relationship with each individual. In fact, many of these relationships remain strong for years after students graduate.
All business students are required to do an internship before they graduate. These internships reinforce concepts learned in the classroom and create networking opportunities for students. Many of the internships lead to full-time positions and help the business management program boast a placement rate of nearly 100 percent for our graduates. Former students have been placed in positions in the banking sector, financial services, and retail sales, among others. If you strive to continue your education beyond a bachelor's degree, many of our students have been successful in pursuing master's of business administration or law degrees.
