Rocky Mountain College and the Yellowstone Association

Yellowstone AssociationRocky Mountain College and the Yellowstone Association (YA) have formed a partnership that provides course credit to RMC students who take Yellowstone Association courses approved by the RMC faculty from RMC credit. The Yellowstone Association offers short courses (from a weekend to four or five days) during winter and summer. These courses are 1-2 pass/fail credits depending upon course time. The YA catalogs are published online on their website. This opportunity for college credit is unique to RMC students and offers an excellent way for students to meet scientists currently conducting research in the Park. Students stay at the Buffalo Ranch Center in Lamar Valley, which is one of the most beautiful settings in the world for wildlife viewing within a national park.
