Biography

I am exceedingly interested in the human body and how it works, health and it's related fields, and exercise science. There is so much to learn and the information and availability of knowledge seems never-ending. I am a Certified Athletic Trainer, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

A little bit of everything! I absolutely love working to classical music.

What is your favorite thing about RMC?

I love the small class sizes. It allows for the opportunity to get to know each of my students as individuals instead of just another name.
