What advice do you have for prospective students?
In order to perform your best, go to class and buy your texts and read them!
How long have you worked at RMC?
Since Fall of 1990.
What is your favorite class to teach and why?
I love teaching Human Development, because I know most students will find themselves caring about children at some point, and I hope to help them become better parents and/or teachers. I also especially enjoy Experimental Psychology as the students design and conduct their own investigations, which makes the class different every semester.
What is on your iPod?
Snow Patrol, Regina Spektor, Gin Blossoms and Johnny Cash
What are you currently reading?
Henning Mankell (Swedish mysteries), Arctic Chill (an Islandic mystery) and Red Breast (a Norwegian mystery)
What is your favorite getaway location?
Kalispell, Montana
What is your favorite thing about RMC?
RMC is just the right size. We are a community which acts in the best interest of the students
What makes RMC stand out from other schools?
RMC faculty work hard to meet the needs of the individual student. For example, the psychology department tries to arrange the internship experience around the needs of the student.
