Biography

Clete is a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel.  He was an aircraft maintenance officer and has worked on A-10, B-1, B-52, C-17, F-16, and KC-135 aircraft.  He was commander of the 5th Maintenance Squadron composed of 270 people who performed heavy maintenance on the B-52.  He then commanded the 740 person 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and was assigned control of 28 B-1 bombers.  Throughout his career he has supervised thousands of people and has deployed around the world setting up flight line maintenance operations in many different locations.  He brings a great deal of leadership and management experience to the academic world and believes sharing this knowledge with RMC students to be his most important responsibility and privilege.

You are lucky to be able to come to RMC. Make the best chance of this opportunity.

How long have you worked at RMC?

Since 2007.

What is your favorite class to teach and why?

I truly cannot pick a favorite as I enjoy teaching each class.

What is on your iPod?

I don’t own an iPod but if I did it would have classic rock and jazz on it.

What is your favorite thing about RMC?

Being associated with the students! I enjoy sharing the energy they all have and the focus they have in their lives.
