Alumni Directory
The Rocky Mountain College Alumni Association has partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to produce an alumni directory. The alumni directory is a project undertaken by RMC every five years, with the last directory being published in 2007. Over the next few months, PCI will be contacting alumni and friends via mail, phone, and email to request that you update your alumni information.
We understand that you may be hesitant to provide your information to outside organizations, and we want you to know that PCI's request for information is legitimate. Having accurate information helps us best serve you.
Communication channels continue to evolve, and today, much networking is done through social media. We encourage Facebook users to connect with alumni through our Facebook page.
The alumni directory provides another great resource for reaching out to former colleagues. We want to continue offering the directory as a handy option for reaching your friends or making new contacts.

I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said the were working on a directory for Rocky Mountain College. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?
We have partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, Texas, that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations across the nation. This project allows Rocky Mountain College to receive important updates for our database, so we know about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.
How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
Rocky Mountain College has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:
a. The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI by Rocky Mountain College for the publication of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the directory and except as required by court order or law.
b. The directory will be made available only to alumni of Rocky Mountain College listed in the directory. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Rocky Mountain College any and all electronic files that have been supplied by Rocky Mountain College or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the directory.
I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the Rocky Mountain College project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed. The Office of Alumni Relations at Rocky Mountain College can be reached at 406.657.1007.

Can anyone purchase a directory?
The Rocky Mountain College alumni directory is available for sale only to Rocky Mountain College alumni.
When will I receive my directory?
The total duration of the directory project is about 12 months. The current directory project was undertaken in December 2012, and directories will be distributed in December 2013.
I ordered a package containing the discounted companion airline certificate, but I haven't received the postcard requesting verification of my address.
For those who purchased a package containing the discounted companion airline certificate, they will receive a postcard within 2-3 weeks, which will direct them to go to the PCI website to initiate the certification process by entering their ID number and order number (shown on the postcard) and verify their mailing address. Alternatively, the buyer can call a toll-free number (also shown on the postcard) and leave a voicemail to initiate the certification process.
After verifying your address, you will receive a tri-fold certificate so you can begin to make your travel arrangements.

When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the CPI customer service desk (1.800.395.4724) or to the Office of Alumni Relations.
I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
Call the PCI customer service desk at 1.800.395.4724, and they will take care of this for you.
