Summer Football Camps
Rocky Mountain College Football continues to offer a variety of camps each summer to help individuals as well as team improve their football skills.
Once again Big Sky Big Man camp which will be held June 26 and 27 for offensive and defensive linemen was a great success. Each year this is a camp for students athletes that will be competing at the high school level in the upcoming season. The goal of this camp is to help linemen develop their technique as well as their physical and psychological character. This is an important and special process for a demanding position that will ultimately determine the success or failure of the team. This is a work camp and players should be in condition when reporting to camp because they will be coached by college offensive and defensive line coaches from all levels. Below is an example of the 2009 brochure. We want to thank all that attended in 09 and wish you the best of luck on your season. We hope to make camp in 2010 even better!
Our youth camp is a three day youth football camp for ages 6-13 which was held July 7, 8, and 9, 2009. The 2009 camp was the biggest and best youth football camp yet at Rocky Mountain College! It is a non-contact camp that runs from 9am to Noon each day. The Battlin' Bear football staff at Rocky Mountain College is excited to give kids the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of every phase of football: offense, defense, and special teams. The emphasis is on developing the football skills at each position. Below is a copy of the 2009 brochure. Thank you to all that attended this year and we hope to see you back again next year!
There is also an 8-man and 6-man fundamental, technique, and team camp. The Rimrock football camp will ran June 14 - 18. For more information on this camp please contact Dennis Hoovestal at (406) 633-2350.
We look forward to seeing you at any camp and sharing the excitement that is Battlin' Bear football! Go Bears!
