Position Description

The area coordinator works directly with the Director of Residence Life to create a positive residence life experience for Rocky Mountain College Students. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the residence halls, including ensuring student safety, providing students with clean and comfortable residence hall facilities and supervising paraprofessional and student staff members. In addition, the position is responsible for professional and effective communication with students, parents, and members of the campus community.


The successful candidate must have excellent written, oral, and communication skills, as well as previous supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree is require, as well as a minimum of three (3) years of experience in residence life or student life.
