Position Description

The Vice President for Enrollment Services (VPES) is the chief enrollment officer of the College and provides leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all enrollment management activities. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, this position is responsible for identifying opportunities for continued growth through marketing, student recruitment, and retention. The VPES has direct supervisory responsibility of the admissions and financial assistance offices and works closely with the senior management team to develop a comprehensive enrollment strategy in support of the College’s mission and core themes.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally; have experience with database management; possess excellent computer skills; and be comfortable representing the College in public settings. A master’s degree is preferred and at least five years of higher education and three years of experience in admissions and/or enrollment services are required.
