BILLINGS, October 27, 2014 – The Ryniker-Morrison Gallery, located in Tech Hall on the Rocky Mountain College campus, will host the first juried Art Majors and Minors Student Show from November 7 through December 3, 2014.

The show presents different mediums and techniques from all of the students who are majoring or minoring in art at RMC.

A public reception will be held Friday, November 7, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. outside the gallery. The exhibit will be available for public viewing from November 7 through December 3, during gallery hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

“The Ryniker-Morrison Gallery is providing for our art majors and minors an important step in their development, and that is to both prepare and finish their art for a gallery exhibit,” said RMC Director of the Ryniker-Morrison Gallery Sally McIntosh. “Submission requirements, meeting deadlines, and pricing their art are among the tasks that students need to complete in order to participate in this final exhibit of the fall semester.”

The jury will consist of 2014-2015 art major seniors, including Katie Hengel, Robin Kraft, Richard Knowlton, Alissa Robinson, Nancy Robinson, Ashley Roseboom, Natasha Roseboom, Cally Stanek, Hannah Valdez, and Laura Wemple.
