RMC Volunteer Corps

RMC's Volunteer Corps is made up of students interested in coming together to create "signature" community service-based events, such as Seussville University. The Volunteer Corps also helps to provide volunteer support to local agencies through ongoing activities and on-campus initiatives, such as helping to make RMC a greener campus. Red Cross Club of Rocky Mountain College

Rocky Mountain College is partnering with the American Red Cross of Montana to develop a community service club based on the principles and mission of the American Red Cross: "The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies." Though still in its infancy stages, this College club is a great way for students to get involved with local, national, and international issues. Please email for more information.

Relay for Life Team of Rocky Mountain College

Relay for Life is a fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. The Rocky Walkers, Rocky Mountain College's Relay for Life team, started in 2007 and has grown steadily since. Every participant's reason to join Relay for Life is different, but all the participants have a common purpose to fight this terrible disease that has taken too many, and the members of the Rocky Walkers have joined together for this common purpose. Some are survivors and some have seen loved ones battle cancer. Our fundraising efforts have included an annual chili feed, a taco bar, bake sales during finals week each semester, and our newest event, "Hair Raising," the head shaving event.
