Dr. Ashley Thrasher Bell is a graduate of the University of Lynchburg's DMSc - PA Education program and has been a PA since 2011. Most of her clinical experience is in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care and Critical Care. She has been in PA education since 2017. A former Student Board Member at Large of PAEA, she remains active as a PAEA volunteer. She is a member of PAs For Tomorrow, AAPA, PAEA, SPOCUS, and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. Her professional interests include simulation, interprofessional healthcare education, active learning and nontraditional teaching techniques.
