Biography

Professor Cummings has taught at Rocky Mountain College since 1994 and has won the Ossie Abrams Faculty Achievement Award four times along with the ASRMC Outstanding Faculty Award in 1997. Professor Cummings belongs to MAA (Mathematical Association of America), AMS (American Mathematical Society), AAUW (American Association of University Women), and is a lifetime member of NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics).

Outside of work, Professor Cummings is an avid runner, frequently competing in marathons. She is a board member for the Montana Governor's Cup Marathon, team captain for the Rocky Walkers - Relay for Life Team, and a member of the Yellowstone Rim Runners.
