Music Scholarships

Rocky Mountain College offers Music Scholarships ranging from $500 - $2,000. Music Scholarships are awarded in addition to any merit scholarships you may receive, increasing your total assistance package. 

Deadlines and Scheduling

After completing a Rocky Mountain College Application, you will need to complete an on-campus or recorded audition.

On-Campus Auditions

If you are unable to attend one of our Preview Days, please complete our online Music Scholarship Audition form, and we will contact you to arrange an audition and warm-up time. You can also call (406.657.1115) or email (music@rocky.edu) us with any questions.

Off-Campus Auditions

If you are not able to come to campus, you can submit a video recording of your audition, and email the video or a link to YouTube or Vimeo to music@rocky.edu.

Music Audition Suggestions

• Perform two works of contrasting styles
• Keep all audition materials to seven minutes of total length
• Instrumentalists should be prepared to perform scales
• Bring piano accompaniment for selection(s) being performed on the day of the audition.
