Tutoring

RMC offers a comprehensive tutoring program utilizing peer tutors in two major capacities: Drop-in Tutoring offered four evenings a week, located on the first floor of the library in the north east corner, open to all Rocky students and By-Appointment, one-on-one tutoring offered by Services for Academic Success (SAS) for eligible participants, as described below.

Drop-in Tutoring

For students needing immediate help, peer tutors are available to all RMC students in the library Sunday through Wednesday between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m., on a drop-in basis. Student tutors are available to help with assignments in a variety of general education subjects. Drop-in tutoring is free to all students.

By-Appointment Tutoring

Available for all SAS students attending core- or major-specific courses. These by-appt, one-on-one sessions are requested through your SAS Advisor and will be coordinated with tutors / students at mutually convenient times, usually once or twice a week.

For questions about RMC tutor options, please contact Terri Haun in the SAS Suite in the Fortin Center:
