The Office of Community Engagement encourages students to get involved with service opportunities while at Rocky Mountain College. Volunteering your time can take as little as five minutes, up to a few hours, or ongoing.
RMC's Community Engagement Office, is the point of contact for the campus community seeking volunteer opportunities or for organizations wanting to tap into the talents and skills of RMC students.

Bears in Service Days
Throughout the academic year, the Office of Community Engagement sponsors service events in collaboration with local agencies. These events can be anywhere from one to six hours long and require pre-registration. Examples include making treats at Ronald McDonald House, building at Habitat for Humanity, sorting donated goods at Family Service, Inc., or serving meals at the Montana Rescue Mission.
Events will be advertised on social media accounts, campus bulletin boards, reader boards, and handouts.
Participants will be asked to participate in a reflection activity prior to leaving the service site.
Some agencies may require volunteer paperwork to be completed; if so, it will be provided ahead of time.
All agencies will conduct an orientation and overview of services prior to the start of volunteering.
