Mailbox Registration

All students living on campus have the option to register for a mailbox. Having a mailbox is not required, but is suggested if you plan on receiving a lot of mail. If you do not wish to rent a mailbox, you will be emailed if any letter mail for you is delivered and ready for pick up at the front counter in Central Operations.

To sign up for a mailbox, please click this link and fill out the form: https://form.jotform.com/233375500337048

You do not need a mailbox to receive packages.

Receiving Packages

The Mailroom receives package deliveries all day long from various shipping companies. When delivered, packages are entered into our package tracking software which automatically sends the student an email notification that their package is ready for pickup. The software also allows us to have students sign electronically for their packages making the entire process paperless. We ask that students wait until they receive the email from us before coming to inquire about a package.

Tracking Your Incoming Package

Here is a list of the most commonly used carriers and links to their package tracking websites.

*Please note, that a delivery notification from the shipping company does not automatically mean it has arrived at Central Operations and is ready for pickup.
