Position Description

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.


The ideal candidate must possess written and oral communication skills, computer skills, and have the ability to speak well in public settings. A bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred along with a valid driver’s license. Certification in Human Resources is preferred (PHR and/or SPHR.)
