Position Description

Rocky Mountain College is seeking a half-time (20 hours) academic specialist to provide academic support services to low-income, first generation, and/or disabled students. This is a federally funded position that is contingent on continued federal funding. The successful candidate will provide academic advising, career guidance, personal counseling, financial aid assistance, and accommodations for approximately 75 students enrolled in the Services for Academic Success program.  

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in special education, counseling, psychology, or related fields is required along with two years of related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience. A master’s degree is preferred.
