Rocky Mountain College welcomes visitors to campus. Guests of campus residents who will be in the residence halls are required to be registered prior to or upon arrival using the guest registration form found on this page.

Guests must be checked-in by a resident and be able to present valid picture identification when asked by a Residence Life staff member. Guests must be accompanied by their resident host at all times while in the residence hall community. 

All residence hall guests must be 18 years-of-age or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any guests under the age of 18 must be pre-approved by the Area Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to their arrival and are only permitted to be on campus until 10 p.m. Minors requesting to be in the residence halls past 10 p.m. and/or overnight must submit registration two business days in advance of arrival to campus and receive approval from the Office of Residence Life. The Office of Residence Life may verify parent or guardian approval using the contact information provided in the Guest Registration Form.
