Rocky’s men bring home the gold from Lake Placidnationals

BILLINGS, Mont. – 11, 2016 – The Rocky Mountain College men’s alpine ski racing team won their first overall USCSA national title since 2011, today in Lake Placid, N.Y.

The Battlin’ Bears captured the championship by winning both the Giant Slalom (Wednesday, March 2) as well as today’s SL.

Freshman Andraz Reich-Pogladic earned the individual overall national championship to lead Rocky. Erik Hogbom and Sean McCormick, who finished third and ninth, respectively, followed Reich-Poladic in the standings.

The Battlin’ Bears are coached by Jerry Wolf.
