Position Description

This position is responsible for all cash receipts of the College. In addition, the clerical portion of the position includes processing of expense reports, entry of requisitions and purchase orders, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Education and/or experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Familiarity with accounting terminology is required.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Employee must have excellent public relation skills including written and oral communication skills.  Ability to type, use multi-line telephone, 10-key and computer utilizing Excel and other Microsoft Office software is needed for this position.  Experience with accounting software a plus.
