Position Description

Rocky Mountain College, a small liberal arts institution in Billings, Montana, is accepting applications for a Central Operations Manager. 

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspect of Central Operations including the Mailroom, Copy Center and Purchasing.  Supervisory responsibilities include direct supervision of half-time employees and work study students.

Education and/or experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Certificates, licenses, registrations:

  • A driver’s license is needed for this position. Must be bondable.

Other Skills:

  • Must be computer literate using Excel, Word, Microsoft Windows.  Must have ability to use and perform light maintenance on all office equipment. Must also have excellent oral and written communication skills.
