Office Administrator / Accounting Clerk
This position is responsible for greeting the public, students, faculty and staff who visits the Business Office as well as accepting all cash receipts, recording of payments on student accounts and preparing bank deposits. In addition, this position processes expense reports and enter requisitions. The Office Administrator must be detail-oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Education and/or experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent with an accounting or similar focus, from two-year College or technical school; or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Employee must have excellent public relation skills including written and oral communication skills. Ability to type, use multi-line telephone, 10-key and computer utilizing Excel and other Microsoft Office software is needed for this position. Experience with accounting software a plus.
