Position Description

Rocky Mountain College, a small liberal arts institution in Billings, Montana, is accepting applications for an Office Manager – Division of Student Life. 

Requirement for this position is bachelor’s degree preferred.

This full-time position is responsible for: 1) Providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President/Dean of Student Life; 2) assisting various Student Life departments with tasks such as requisitions/purchase order processing, mailings, room bookings; 3) planning annual Student Life events; and 4) daily tasks such as operating campus switchboard and assisting a wide variety of customers - students, faculty, staff and community members.
