Student Account Coordinator - Job Posting
This position is responsible for all Rocky Mountain College student accounts receivable. Duties include contact with student and their families by assisting in the maintenance of student account information, validation, billing and collection of past due balances. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator works closely with Financial Aid, Student Records, International Programs, Administrative Computing, Accounts payable and Business Office personnel.

Education and Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years’ experience working in positions including accounting, bookkeeping or clerical work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with accounting terminology is preferred.
Must have strong customer service and technical skills and be proficient at learning and using computer software programs and telephone systems.
